Machine Shop
United Engineering is a prominent manufacturer specializing in high-precision components for industries such as aerospace, hydraulics, pneumatics, food processing, and general engineering. We are equipped with cutting-edge manufacturing and measurement technology to meet the highest standards. Our facility houses a comprehensive range of CNC machines, including Turning Centres, Milling Centres, Horizontal Machining Centres, and Vertical Turning Lathes. Each machine is equipped with tool and work offset probing systems, as well as high-pressure internal coolant supply through the spindle. Additionally, all machines are integrated with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tracking, online measurement systems, on-machine inspections, and an advanced ERP system for seamless operations.

Product Development
We believe that effective product development is crucial for driving business growth. Our cross-functional team, comprising members from various departments, carefully reviews component drawings for manufacturability and measurement feasibility during the RFQ phase. Once we receive order confirmation from the customer, our team develops a detailed timeline, tracking everything from raw material procurement to the dispatch of product samples. We ensure that the samples meet the customer’s specifications and are accompanied by all necessary documentation within the agreed timeline. Upon sample approval, regular production commences, and our sales team proactively communicates the proposed delivery dates for the first lot to the customer.
